Like Mother Like Daughter :)

...it makes me so happy that Camryn LOVEs to play soccer...and its quite fun to watch her play - she just gos and gos!!! Its as if she never gets tired...she runs and runs...she's still developing her skills and at the moment she is just running and running...but I have faith that if she sticks with it - she will become quite the little player!

So...this week she is attending the BOMBER futbol Academy! She's having so much fun! The kids think its pretty neat that I played for the Bombers back in the day - and its a bit saddening to me that my kiddos won't be Bombers themselves unless I put in a transfer - which I just might ;) because I really think being a Bomber is better then being a Falcon! But I am sure if you talk to their dad he will beg to differ. Here's a few photos that I got this morning...













We have 3 days of camp left - and then we are heading out of town again for a quick weekend trip...its hard to believe we are already almost done with July!!!

I also made this LO using the BRIGHT & MERRY WINTER WISHES stamps...it was so funny when the kids saw this LO complete...they looked at it and stared at it...mom they said...we weren't wearing those hats on the 4th of July! lol I guess they had forgotten that we saw some winter fireworks back in December.

Summer Release #4 MORNING GLORY

Here's GCD Studios 4th and final release...MORNING GLORY! I think its my favorite!!! I love all the patterns and colors - I really can't wait to get to work with this one :) ANd very soon it should be being delivered on my doorstep!

Are you enjoying the Hip Hop so far? Today a really great kit has been released...the new **Frame this Alpha** It is super cute and fun to use!!!

I've been holding onto these photos for a few of months now...and these news stamps were PREFECT for this LO!!! I could stamp all the words that my 4 year old could think of this day that started with the letter "m" back in April - good thing I could find my notebook with my notes in it ;) Doesn't he just look so cute wearing his Mouse Ears!!!

The 4th of July came and went...

...it didn't even feel like the 4th...with Ben's Baseball Tournament we didn't get to go to the parade - and by the time we were done with our games we were SO TIRED we hardly could enjoy the evening festivities...here's some photos of Ben during the day playing ball...I was too busying enjoying watching Ben hit when he HIT IT BIG...we were on our way back to the 2nd game and I was trying to motivate Ben and I told him I'd give him a hundred bucks if he hit a home run!!! ok so maybe motivate isn't the right word - maybe bribe is better - but motivate him it did...he didn't get the home run but he hit that ball within 5 feet of the fence!!! IT WAS AWESOME!!!
It was the last hit of the game and he got a double out of it - they didn't win but I sure was proud of him!!! He did good :) (and it wasn't stopping him that it was 101 degrees outside).







...after the last game we drove Ben home to let him shower and change and then we headed over to Stuart's parents for a BBQ...Camryn was in charge of dessert...this is something that I am usually in charge of but Camryn took over this year :)



I always try to get a family photo on the 4th of July - this year it didn't happen...but I did manage to snap this one of the kids...



...I think I was just too tired to take photos...here's a couple of the fireworks,I did manage to get a great shot - the last one of the night! Hope everyone had a great 4th of July!!!

Well we are off...

...to a great start of the month of July...hopefully not as busy as June! We are headed out in just a bit this morning to the FEEL THE HEAT TOURNAMENT and that we will...its supposed to be 99 today and 100 tomorrow...we have our first game this morning and another this afternoon...and two tomorrow...depending on how we do will determine if we play again on Sunday.

So the ice chest is packed with LOTS of goodies and we are set for the day - not sure Ben is ready...and if he's in the same mood as he was last night during practice things will not be good!

...but before I head out the door I wanted to share a few things that I managed to get done in June :) all for GCD Studios! tfl


...on this card I added a little stamp from UNITY Stamp Co. from the Bevy of Butterflies set.


...after picking our strawberries I couldn't wait to come home and make some jam...this went to a friend...and these stamps came from UNITY's March KOTM


...I also used UNITY stamps here as well...Retro BBQ and June KOTM.


...and last but not least I used UNITY's "Thank You Words" on these 3 little cuties - these were a special request and I had to get them done and in the mail at the last minute before we headed out of town and to the Lake...I hope they made it to California in time :)

It's the 1st HIP HOP of July!!!
